This week’s class is Tai Chi, providing easy repeating moves that anyone can do, at whatever level suits them – seated or standing. Each movement is simple in itself, but the combination of movements works to exercise the whole body, improving balance and coordination and allowing joints to move through their natural range. Trials of Tai Chi have proved it effective in helping heart health, lung issues and pain management, as well as giving mental relief.
